Do I pay you, or does the seller?
You pay me. It is the only way I can represent you fairly. I take nothing from the seller or the selling agency, ever — it is written into my terms.

Do I need to be on Tenerife to start?
No. About sixty percent of my buyers start from home. The first three to four weeks are shortlist, mortgage pre-assessment, and paperwork. You fly only for the second round of viewings.

What if I already have a property in mind?
Then ask for the €450 single-viewing service. I'll walk the property, the street, and the community accounts, and send you a voice-note and a one-page memo within 48 hours.
